This web-based tool is complimentary for GeneQuery™ qPCR Array kit data analysis and interpretation, and also for any customised qPCR data analysis. Simply input qPCR data (threshold cycle (Ct) values) and the web-based tool will perform statistical analyses (ΔΔCt and relative quantification data), assist with data interpretation, and provide a visual representation of the relative quantification of gene expression level.
We hope that this online tool can facilitate the data analysis of ScienCell’s GeneQuery qPCR array kit and save you time from repetitive calculations.
