Rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against Phosphotyrosine.
Recommend Dilutions:
ELISA (0.5 ug/mL)
Western Blot (2 ug/mL)
Immunoprecipitation (10 ug)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Recognizes protein phosphorylated on tyrosine residues. Does not cross-react with phosphoserine or phosphothreonine.
Storage Buffer:
In TBS (0.09% sodium azide)
