Description:
ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) Signaling Pathway qPCR array kit profiles 88 key genes associated with the MAPK Signaling Pathway. The MAPK signaling pathway is a highly conserved and intricate cellular communication network that plays a pivotal role in transducing extracellular signals into a variety of cellular responses. This pathway is fundamental to the regulation of essential cellular processes, including cell proliferation, differentiation, survival, and apoptosis. ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human MAPK Signaling Pathway qPCR Array Kit provides a systematic and efficient means to explore the expression profiles of key genes within this pathway, offering valuable insights into the regulation and potential dysregulation of the MAPK signaling cascade. Brief examples of how included genes may be grouped according to function are shown below:
  • Receptor: FAS, TNFRSF1A, IL1R1, NR4A1, TGFBR1
  • Cell Cycle Regulation: CCNA2, CCNB2, CDKN1A, CDKN2B, CCNB1, CDKN2C
  • Transcription Factors: RB1, MEF2A, ATF1, CREB1, FOS, ELK1, ELK4
  • Regulatory Elements: TCF7, FOXO3, ELK1, ELK4, CREB1, E2F1
GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR-ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg2+, and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of the target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.
