IL-18RAP, also known as IL-18Rβ or IL-1R7, is component of IL-18 receptor complex and its interactions with IL-18R1 mediate signal transduction initiated by IL-18 although it does not directly bind IL-18 in vitro.
Molecular Weight:
39.5 kDa (predicted). Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 60-68 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
