ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human Janus Kinase/Signal Transducers and Activators of Transcription (JAK-STAT) Signaling Pathway qPCR array Kit profiles 88 key genes associated with the JAK-STAT Signaling Pathway. This pathway regulates essential cellular processes such as growth, differentiation, immune response, and inflammation. Activation of the JAK-STAT signaling typically occurs in response to cytokines and growth factors binding to their respective cell surface receptors, triggering a cascade of phosphorylation events that ultimately lead to the activation of transcription factors and subsequent gene expression changes. Dysregulation of the JAK-STAT pathway has been implicated in numerous diseases, including cancer, autoimmune disorders, and inflammatory conditions. ScienCell's GeneQuery™ Human JAK-STAT Signaling Pathway qPCR Array Kit offers a comprehensive tool for examining the expression profiles of key genes involved in this pathway, facilitating the study of its regulation and potential therapeutic targets. GeneQuery™ qPCR array kits are qPCR-ready in a 96-well plate format, with each well containing one primer set that can specifically recognize and efficiently amplify a target gene's cDNA. The carefully designed primers ensure that: (i) the optimal annealing temperature in qPCR analysis is 65°C (with 2 mM Mg2+, and no DMSO); (ii) the primer set recognizes all known transcript variants of the target gene, unless otherwise indicated; and (iii) only one gene is amplified. Each primer set has been validated by qPCR with melt curve analysis, and gel electrophoresis.
