Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against Campylobacter jejuni.
Recommend Dilutions:
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Specific to C. jejuni in whole cell ELISA. Reactive with a ~100KDa antigen in Western blot. Does not react with H. pylori, E. coli (several), Salmonella (several), Shigella (several), P. aeruginosa, Yersinia and Citrobacter.
Storage Buffer:
In 100 mM PBS, pH 7.2 (0.09% sodium azide)
