Product Description:
Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native NCAM1.
Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry analysis of human blood cells using 10 ul reagent / 100 ul of whole blood or 106 cells in a suspension.
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody reacts with a 180 KDa isoform of CD56 (NCAM) expressed in leukocytes. It has been suggested that This antibody MEM-188 could react with rhesus monkey lymphocytes. Reactivity with other NCAM isoforms has not been tested.
Storage Buffer:
In PBS (0.2% BSA, 0.09% sodium azide)
