Specificity:
Antibody QS4120 recognizes an epitope in the CDR2-like loop within domain 1 region of the CD4 molecule. Antibody QS4120 will block binding of HIV-1 gp120 protein to CD4 and also blocks HLA Class II Rosette formation.

In 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer, 100 mM potassium Chloride, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.5 (0.5 mg/mL gentamicin sulfate)
