This antibody is useful for Western Blot and Immunocytochemistry/Immunofluorescence. In Western Blot analysis, a band is seen ~47 kDa (isoform B, containing the first 184 residues that isoform A is lacking). In ICC/IF, endosomal staining was observed in U2OS cells. The observed molecular weight of the protein may vary from the listed predicted molecular weight due to post translational modifications, post translation cleavages, relative charges, and other experimental factors.
