Recommend Dilutions:
Immunohistochemistry (1:50-1:200)
Western Blot (1:100-1:500)
ELISA (1:400-1:2000)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This product is suitable for use as a precipitating antibody. It shows reactivity to mouse hemoglobin; cross-reactivity to other species may exist. Antibody activity to serum proteins is not present.
