Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against synthetic peptide of CaMKII.
Recommend Dilutions:
Western Blot (1 ug/mL)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
Detects phosphorylated CaMKII from rat tissues. This antibody is specific to alpha and beta subunits of CaMKII only when they are phosphorylated at Thr-286/287 (in beta).
