Specificity:
This antibody recognizes human CD101. CD101 is a 140kD homodimeric cell surface glycoprotein expressed primarily by monocytes, granulocytes, dendritic cells and activated T lymphocytes. Removal of sodium azide is recommended prior to use in functional assays.
