Mouse monoclonal antibody raised against native BCAM.
Recommend Dilutions:
Flow Cytometry (10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 106 cells or 100ul)
The optimal working dilution should be determined by the end user.
Specificity:
This antibody recognizes a non-polymorphic determinant on both the 85 and 78kD Lutheran (Lu) glycoproteins. BRIC 221 specifically recognizes an epitope in the fourth extracellular domain of Lu glycoprotein. CD239 is expressed by erythrocytes in the peripheral blood.
