Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:2000.Western Blot:Preliminary experiments showed a band at approx 38-40kDa in Human Cerebellum and Frontal Cortex lysates after 0.3-1ug/ml antibody staining (calculated MW of 37.9kDa according to NP_001128628.1. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the nuclei and weaker staining in the cytoplasm of MCF7 and U2OS cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
