Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx 60kDa band observed in nuclear lysates of cell line HeLa (calculated MW of 50.8kDa according to NP_002948.1). The observed molecular weight corresponds to earlier findings in literature with different antibodies (Solomon et al, J Biol Chem. 1998 Jul 10;273(28):17573-8; PMID: 9651351. Recommended concentration: 0.3-1ug/ml. Primary incubation was 1 hour. Preliminary testing was unsuccessful on NIH3T3 cell line for this particular batch.
