Application Note:
TRHR antibody can be used for detection of TRHR by ELISA at >1:3000. TRHR antibody can be used for detection of TRHR by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
TRHR is a receptor for thyrotropin-releasing hormone. This receptor is mediated by G proteins which activate a phosphatidylinositol-calcium second messenger system.
