Application Note:
IGF2BP1 antibody can be used for detection of IGF2BP1 by ELISA at 1:312500. IGF2BP1 antibody can be used for detection of IGF2BP1 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
IGF2BP1 is a member of the IGF-II mRNA-binding protein (IMP) family. The protein contains four K homology domains and two RNA recognition motifs. It functions by binding to the 5' UTR of the insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) mRNA and regulating IGF2 translation. This gene encodes a member of the IGF-II mRNA-binding protein (IMP) family.
