Application Note:
PDK2 antibody can be used for detection of PDK2 by ELISA at 1:12500. PDK2 antibody can be used for detection of PDK2 by western blot at 1 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.

PDK2 inhibits the mitochondrial pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by phosphorylation of the E1 alpha subunit, thus contributing to the regulation of glucose metabolism.
