Application Note:
AIP antibody can be used for detection of AIP by ELISA at 1:312500. AIP antibody can be used for detection of AIP by western blot at 1.25 μg/mL, and HRP conjugated secondary antibody should be diluted 1:50,000 - 100,000.
Background:
AIP may play a positive role in AHR-mediated signalling possibly by influencing its receptivity for ligand and/or its nuclear targeting. AIP is the cellular negative regulator of the HBV X protein.
