Application Note:
Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32000.Western Blot:Approx.19KDa band observed in lysates of cell lines HeLa and HEK293 (calculated MW of 19.7kDa according to NP_008950.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3ug/ml. Primary incubation 1 hour at room temperature.Immunofluorescence: Strong expression of the protein seen in the cytoplasm of U2OS and MCF7 cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.

Flow Cytometry: Flow cytometric analysis of HeLa cells. Recommended concentration: 10ug/ml.
